The Balance & Wellness Mini Retreat is a gentle, powerful four-hour experience created for a circle of connected women who are ready to realign with themselves and step back into their lives renewed and empowered. Led by certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach Bebe Wilkinson and Life Coach Nazli Egemen, this intimate experience is designed to help you relax, reset, reconnect with your goals, elevate your overall wellness, and deepen your bond with the women in your circle.

There is something powerful about choosing yourself — about stepping away for just a few hours to listen inward, recalibrate, and remember what balance feels like in your body. There is also power and healing in sharing and being heard, and knowing you are not alone.

These gatherings are intentionally intimate. There is space for connection, reflection, and personal clarity — and every experience unfolds in its own meaningful way.

The 4-hour mini retreat experience includes:

  • Art therapy to help recenter and quiet the mind.
  • Guided relaxation activities to calm the nervous system.
