This program provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space to holistically address and uncover the hidden areas that contribute to your struggle to sustain healthy habits.  

Together we will create a personal roadmap to succeed with the healthy habits you desire. This roadmap is custom to fit you – your background, current life circumstances, and preferences. This program will provide effective coaching techniques alongside structured support to establish healthy habits.

To enjoy your life to the fullest as you age, it is essential to adopt healthy living practices. Choosing to pursue healthier habits reduces the risks of developing chronic conditions that tend to begin to form at the midlife stage. Make the first steps on the journey to happier, healthier living with the Consistent Habits Academy!

This Program Will:

  • Address and target up to three specific habits you struggle with.
  • Facilitate sustainable habits with highly personalized assistance and roadmap.
  • Increase your ability to sustain healthy habits by working with a coach and using a customized approach.
  • Reduce your risks to chronic conditions as you become more consistent with healthy habits.
  • Alleviate struggles with chronic conditions if you have been diagnosed with one.
  • Improve your overall quality of life.

Program Length: 10 sessions weekly or biweekly. Heath Investment: $1249

This Program Package Includes:

  • 10 one hour guided weekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
  • Assessments to highlight the right path for your wellness plan.
  • Educational materials as needed.
  • Reasonable assignments for you after each coaching session determined dynamically by you and me.
  • Access to me anytime via e-mail to share success stories or get help if you are stuck.
  • A wellness blueprint just for you that you can refer to and use post coaching sessions.
  • At the client’s request, Coach Bebe can tailor this coaching package to be based in the Christian faith.
