After establishing your weight loss goals and desires, you will participate in assessments to discover your weight loss barriers and areas where you can benefit from lifestyle adjustments to reduce menopause weight gain and rev up your metabolism. This assessment considers your medical records and compares your daily habits, lifestyle and mindset against scientifically backed practices that help with menopause weight loss and healthy aging.
Step 2:
We will create and pursue a custom weight loss plan for you, driven by your data and preferences. This personalization works effectively to facilitate long term weight loss for YOU!
Step 3:
Because weight maintenance is harder than weight loss, we will alternate between periods of focusing on weight loss and focusing on weight maintenance. This facilitates long-term weight loss and prepares you to succeed with weight loss maintenance on your own.
