At midlife, certain habits and behaviors that once appeared to have no impact on our weight have to be addressed for the first time. This is due to the shifts in our body, particularly hormonal changes, increasing our susceptibility to weight gain.

This program is a deep dive into the blind spots in your life responsible for stubborn and unexplainable weight gain at midlife. Together, we will assess your lifestyle using the Six Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to identify the habits and behaviors that can be tweaked to promote weight loss and improve your overall wellbeing. We’ll create a personalized blueprint that uncovers your weight loss barriers and use coaching strategies to overcome them.

This program is not a diet weight loss program but a comprehensive, holistic and sustainable approach to weight loss using Lifestyle Medicine.

This Program Will:

  • Generate a unique wellness plan that promotes weight loss just for you. Your weight loss blueprint incorporates your background, circumstances and preferences. Customization is a secret recipe to sustaining healthy habits.
  • Help you end yo-yo dieting and its negative emotional and physical consequences.
  • Reduce your risks to chronic illnesses as you lose weight. Unhealthy weight gain is correlated to many chronic illnesses like heart disease and diabetes.
  • Increase your ability to sustain healthy habits by working with a coach and using a personalized approach.

Program Length: 10 sessions weekly or biweekly. Heath Investment: $1249

This Program Package Includes:

  • 10 one hour guided weekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
  • Assessments to highlight the right path for your wellness plan.
  • Educational materials as needed.
  • Reasonable assignments for you after each coaching session determined dynamically by you and me.
  • Access to me anytime via e-mail to share success stories or get help if you are stuck.
  • A wellness blueprint just for you that you can refer to and use post coaching sessions.
  • At the client’s request, Coach Bebe can tailor this coaching package to be based in the Christian faith.
