Flourish in Life and Work with Lifestyle Medicine

This workshop teaches your group about the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and how each pillar contributes to optimal health. Participants also learn some healthy tweaks they could start making in their lives right away. A healthy and happy individual thrives at home and at work, with better health, higher energy, enhanced creativity, and increase in productivity.

In this workshop, your group will learn stress management skills that will help them improve their emotional health. We will discuss the often unspoken harmful effects of chronic stress and the many ways it negatively impacts our lives.
Stress reduction is important for a healthy body and mind, and it can affect not only our health but also our relationships, creativity, and productivity.
