The Make Healthy Habits Stick Program is designed specifically for midlife women ready to reclaim their health. By combining evidence-based lifestyle medicine with my signature 3-H coaching approach, we move past “quick fixes” and focus on the science of sustainable behavior change.
This Program Will Help You:

This Program Package Includes:
- 6 one hour guided weekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
- Assessments to highlight the right path for your wellness plan.
- Educational materials as needed.
- Reasonable assignments for you after each coaching session determined dynamically by you and me.
- Access to me anytime via e-mail to share success stories or get help if you are stuck.
- A wellness blueprint just for you that you can refer to and use post coaching sessions.
- At the client’s request, Coach Bebe can tailor this coaching package to be based in the Christian faith.
